I still remember, during the annual eye check-up in school, the “missy” (nurse) will ask those with vision problem to look at the greens (plants and grass) often. And also, the temple priest in my hometown, use to tell me that walk barefooted on grass or soil ground, every unwanted issue will be channelled out from your body to “boomadewi” (mother earth).

I used to be like, what is this priest talking about, how is that possible and all. But as | get more involved with nature’s five elements, that makes a lot of sense to me now! You would have gotten electrostatic charges when you touch any metal surface, like mild electrocution, especially from your vehicle at the fuel pump. Have you ever wondered why this happens?

You may have read somewhere that the human body is like a bioelectromagnetic circuit, have you? Well, some may call this pseudo-science, i am not a scientist either. I am just an energy healer who deal with such issues- grounding!

Why Grounding?
Okay, if your body is a bio-electromagnetic field that has current flowing in it, how are you going to discharge it? Remember, in our electrical appliances, and there will be earth wire where the wire goes into the ground to disperse with electricity that excess electricity goes through to prevent a circuit from frying itself. Walking barefooted is a BIG thing in modern days, but its the norm for our ancestors. They travel miles without footwears and worked in the plantation barefooted. It is such a good feel to reconnect to the earth, to rejuvenate and discharge the unwanted excessive energy back to the ground.

Take A Shower In Running Water

I mean, who doesn’t like to bath in waterfalls, sea or river but living in a city, that will be a significant challenge. Fret not, and the alternative is your shower water, moving water is moving water, and showers do an excellent job of producing negative ions in their own right.

Be One With Nature

Hiking, camping or breathing the fresh air from the woods helps to boost your serotonin which is also known as happy chemical into your brains.
