If you are looking for religious based answers
There are many puranas/scriptures have mentioned women usage of rudraksha i.e. Devi Bhagavatam, Chapter 4 in Purvaardha — Arunachala Mahatmya of Skanda MahapuranaVidyesvara Samhita of Shiva Puranam which says :” People of all the varnas, Asramas, Sudras and the women should wear Rudraksha at the command of Siva. The ascetics should wear it reciting the Omkara mantra.
Parvati Devi Herself wore Rudraksha beads.”
So ladies, if someone warns you not to wear it with some religious excuses, ask them are they above those holy scriptures?

“According to Ayurvedic medicine Rudraksha is used in the managing of blood pressure, asthma, mental disorders, diabetes, gynecological disorders and neurological disorders.”
The beneficial healing properties of magnets are an established factor. Rudraksha also heave magnetic properties. It has both paramagnetic and diamagnetic properties. It has unique feature of having ability to change its polarity. This feature is called dynamic polarity. In Rudraksha, it is by virtue of diamagnetism which is defined as the ability of any substance to acquire temporary magnetic property in presence of an external magnetic field. The polarity of the charge induced is always opposite to that of the external field inducing the charge. How the Rudraksha beads streamline the functioning of heart and circulatory system is explained by the diamagnetic property of Rudraksha. (Sarkar P K et al., 2OOO).
No one bleeds more than women, hence if it helps the blood flow, don’t they need the rudraksha more than anyone else?
